Permission is granted. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in bail petition during course of day.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 72/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of Arms Act.

One country made pistol along with one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62791 of 2018(3) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 for the same offence, two F.I.Rs. have been lodged by the police. Another F.I.R. is Pipra P.S. Case No. 71/2017, in which petitioner has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 28145/2018 dated 11.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Masaurhi in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 72/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
