The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Goraul P. S. Case No. 312 of 2019, dated 31.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 333, 337, 338, 341, 323, 353, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51037 of 2021(2) dt.21-01-2022 2/3 28 persons including the petitioner have been made accused in this case with no specific accusation against the petitioner.

Most of the accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail. Two of such accused persons, namely, Ranjit Sharma and Mithilesh Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30364 of 2020.

The petitioners are also stated to be persons of clean antecedents.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial
