Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No. 1166 of 2016 arising out of I.F. Case No. 09 of 2016 registered under Sections- 9,27,39(B),44,49(B) of Wild Life Protection Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 27239 of 2016, 28605 of 2016 and 28325 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by this Court, the petitioner above named is
