The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and others came variously armed to the informant and petitioner assaulted the informant with Kakut (a sharp cutting weapon) on the head of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant received superficial injury as there is no injury report on the record and for the occurrence of 20.03.2015 at 6.00 A.M. the FIR was registered on the same day at 9.10 P.M. which reflects that antedating FIR has been

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
