The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/ 341/ 323 / 448/427/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26/27 of the Arms Act.
Submission is that specific allegation is against coaccused Chhotu to have caused fire-arm injury at the left thigh of the informant. The petitioner was only a member of unlawful assembly of ten persons.
Considering the nature of allegation and material against the petitioner, who have stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39027 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.120 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
