The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 388 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 332, 333, 336, 337, 338, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged vehicle in question, as stated in paragraph no. 2 of the supplementary affidavit.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3540 of 2021(5) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S.
