Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42287 of 2023(2) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 permission to withdraw the present quashing application filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order date 15.02.2022 passed in Complaint Case No. 547C/2021 by which the cognizance has been taken against the petitioner u/s 323, 341, 379, 406, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
