2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Guthani P.S.Case No. 33 of 2020.
3. As per allegation, the petitioners abducted the informant's minor daughter with some evil intention and abused her.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they have falsely been implicated merely because they are relatives of co-accused Sonu Kumar aghainst whom
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41849 of 2023(4) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 there is allegation that he kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the marriage of the victim was not solemnized with co-accused Sonu Kumar, rather it was solemnized with another person, and as per the medical report, the victim is pregnant of five months.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-6th-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S.Case No. 33 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
