The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.244 of 2021 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is alleged that the petitioner gave knife blow on the chest of the informant but the injury report does not corroborate the same. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

No.43331 of 2022(5) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.
