I find that all the witnesses are from Patna it will be inconvenient for them to travel to Arrah on such dates whereas the accused do not have to appear physically on every date, the application is allowed and Koilwar P.S. case No.143 of 2015 is transferred from the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara to the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City.
