JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Three persons carrying bag containing sachet of countrymade wine seeing the police ran away after throwing the same whereupon were chased and during course thereof, it has been said that petitioner was apprehended. Furthermore, after opening of the bag recovered the wine in terms of seizure list. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 06.07.2016, having absence of criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ashok Rajbanshi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
