Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On protest being made by the father of the informant for fencing the land of the informant by the accused persons they assaulted the father of the informant with lathi. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute when the injury has been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Case No. 18 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
