6. It is stated that besides a substantive job in the Government, he is also the licencee of the P.D.S. dealership. The respondent has, however, submitted that he is not in the employment of the State Government/University and drawing salary as such. Any such grievance ought to have been raised before the authority which is said to be the Sub Divisional Officer, Teghra (Respondent no. 8).

The counsel for the petitioner states that the application be disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.3691 of 2014 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 representation/application before the said respondent for consideration and disposal in accordance with law. The application is disposed of with the said liberty. Needless to observe, if any such application/representation is filed, the same shall receive due consideration and disposal at the hand of the concerned respondent/authority.
