The petitioners have been made accused in Kurhani P.S.Case No.197 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 341, 323, 379, 385, 467, 468 and 34 IPC.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that another co-accused, Pawan Kumar, having similar allegation, has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Court, vide order dated 17.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42985 of 2016. Heard learned Addl. Public Prosecutor also.

Keeping in view of the nature of accusation as well as the ground that one of the co-accused on similar accusation has been granted bail, there is no reason to further detain the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48832 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 petitioners. Accordingly, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Pandey, J.M.
