Petitioners seek bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.108 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 87 litres liquor has been recovered from the bike of the petitioner. Petitioner was found sitting in the vehicle.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41900 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan,in connection with Mairwa P.S.
