2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307,379,354,540/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner torn and pulled the clothes of the informant in order to outrage her modesty.

4. Petitioner is own brother of husband of the informant. Due to petty family dispute, this present case ha been filed with false and concocted allegation. Case and counter case. Petitioner was accused in two cases in which he has already been acquitted.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case and the relationship between the parties, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on
