Petitioners seek bail in Teghra P.S. Case No.330 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. Name of the petitioners has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Kunal Kumar.

Petitioners are in custody since 08.03.2019.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.330 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
