Mr. Nikesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Bihar State Power Holding Company (erstwhile Bihar State Electricity Board) submits that the claim under the different heads of retiral benefits have already been granted to the petitioner except with respect to the balance amount above Rs. 3.5 lacs of the gratuity which shall be paid to the petitioner along with other employees of the Board in chronological order.
