The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner assaulted the informant by lathi, danda and bricks, as a result of which she sustained injury. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. After investigation the police found the present case false against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
