The petitioner being the married sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after 12 years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted that the petitioner is married to some different place and accusation is not specific against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 46/2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
