JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named but he was arrested in connection with another case and made his confessional statement, leading to recovery of stolen motorcycle of the present case from the forest. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.12.2013 and in the present case, he has not been put on T.I. Parade. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40505 of 2016 (3) dt.22-11-2016 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No.783 of 2013.
