====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-12-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the informant and his family members with knife, sword and lathi.

It is submitted that for petty dispute, accusation has been levelled when injuries have been found to be simple superficial in nature and for the occurrence of 27.03.2013, F.I.R. was registered on 02.04.2013. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering delayed lodging of the case and nature of injuries, let the petitioners, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39343 of 2013 (2) dt.24-12-2013 2 / 2 named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 27/2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi Sadar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
