ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment dated 16.8.2003 passed by the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya, in Criminal Appeal No. 14 of 2001/73 of 1998 by which he has affirmed the conviction and sentence of the Petitioner under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act and sentenced him for a period of six months.

In view of the order passed on 16.8.2003 by which the Petitioner was directed to pay certain amount of money to the Informant, the revision application is dismissed with modification in sentence to the period already undergone by him.
