Petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.111 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 60 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from joint possession of Navi Hasan and Mandeo Kumar. It is further alleged that petitioner was driver of Yamaha motorcycle bearing registration No. BR 29 AC 4946. Both persons were arrested by the police.

As per written report, there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S.
