JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 30 bottles, each containing 300 ml, Nepali liquor, are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 18.08.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S.Case No. 128 of 2016.
