JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 This case has been brought under heading to be mentioned on the slip field by the counsel for the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this is a regular bail but inadvertently the court has rejected the petition by mentioning that prayer for anticipatory bail petition is rejected. It has further been submitted that petitioner has made averment in para-16, 17 and 18 of the bail petition that he has already deposited Rs. 25,00,000/- on 18.11.2016 in the department and he will submit the rest amount to the tune of Rs. 26,23, 536/- by June, 2017 in the department.

Since there is specific allegation against the petitioner of misappropriating the huge amount of government

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53685 of 2016 (4) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 money allotted for construction of school building, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
