Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No.224 of 2017 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a)/38 (i)/41 (i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per the prosecution case, 12 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner was apprehended. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. There is no recovery from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. He has been languishing in jail custody since 04.04.2017.
