The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,353,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant being Junior Engineer of Electricity Department was being assaulted for not getting the electric line repaired.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and for the occurrence of 2.6.2015 the FIR has been registered on 4.6.2015. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.34476 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Begusarai. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
