The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co accused Ansarul who was a visitor of tea shop of the informant abducted the minor daughter of the informant with the help of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has stated co accused Ansarul enticed her away but has not named the petitioner. Considering the statement of victim under section 164 Cr.P.C where the victim has named Ansarul and not the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on

No.34518 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Kishanganj in connection with Pothia (Paharkatta) P.S.
