JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Seen the report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Madhuabni wherefrom it is evident that after examination of all the prosecution witnesses, the case of the prosecution had already been closed, the statement of accused had already been taken and presently, the case is fixed for defences argument. That being so, in case, there happens to be active cooperation at the end of petitioner, the learned lower court will make endeavour to dispose it of within two months. So far merit of the present petition is concerned, in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I do not see any cogent reason to reconsider the plea of the petitioner. Consequent thereupon, the instant petition is rejected.
