The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 396 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 379, 427, 504, 506, 384 of the I.P.C. and section 26 of the Indian Forest Act pending in the Court of C.J.M., Begusarai.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he contended that there is land dispute between the parties.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37885 of 2020(5) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 petitioner is named in the first information report. There is specific allegation against him. Further he contended that petitioner has criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
