The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 66B and 66D of I.T. Act 2000.
As per the prosecution case, it is stated that information was received about the accused persons including the petitioners herein being involved in duping the general public of their money and indulging into illegal on-line transaction through mobile phone etc.. A raid was conducted and various mobile phones, sim cards, cash, etc. were recovered from their possession.

No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners to connect them with the alleged crime nor any independent witness has come forward to support the allegations as made in the FIR. The petitioners are in custody since 11.6.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioners being in custody for 9 months and investigation in the case having concluded, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case no. 224 of 2021 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
