The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections- 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the accused persons committed torture and caused death of the daughter of the informant on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23-03-2018 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from husband of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47964 of 2018 (3) dt.13-09-2018 deceased. The husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 358 of 2017.
