ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2018 It appears that the typographical error of the original order dated 14.08.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.46060 of 2018 was corrected by means of the order dated 21.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46040 of 2018. However, as informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, only the corrected copy of the order dated 21.08.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.46040 of 2018 was forwarded to the court below. Accordingly, this Court now incorporates the entire order dated 14.08.2018 in the present order, which is quoted hereunder:

"2 14-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2018, in connection with Buddhuchak P.S. Case No. 09 of 2018, for the offence registered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46040 of 2018 (4) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 327,307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific role attributed against the petitioner and there is a case under Section 307 of the IPC and that the petitioner is an aged man having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Bhagalpur, in connection with Buddhuchak P.S. Case No. 09 of 2018."

The said order is directed to be communicated forthwith to the court below i.e. the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Bhagalpur, in connection with Budduchak P.S. Case No.09 of 2018.
