The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.A. No.13/2012 , which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 14.08.2014, whereby two weeks time was granted for filing certified copy of the Award. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after obtaining fresh certified copy of the Award, the petitioner has filed the same on 23.04.2015.

In view of facts and circumstances, Restoration Petition is allowed.

Let M.A. No.13 of 2012 be restored to its original file. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
