2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 85 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim causing injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of causing simple injury and has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2026.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/ concerned Court in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 85 of 2026.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
