2. The petitioner in the present writ application in public interest has sought a direction to the respondents to construct the road of Village- Sujatpur, P.S.- Madhawapur, District- Madhubani under Prime Minister Gram Sarak Yojana.

3. In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5, it is, inter alia, averred that there is no encroachment in the carriage way of the said road and the road inside the Sujatpur

Patna High Court CWJC No.11529 of 2014 dt.13-01-2017 2/2 village (part of the road) is already completed and that the construction of the road has started and is liable to be completed soon.

4. In view of the averments in the counter affidavit, we do not find that any further direction is called for in the present writ application. The same is disposed of.
