Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120B and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The direct allegation of cheating to the complainant is against co-accused, Aftab who had produced an idol saying that the same is of gold and informant paid for the same. Allegation against the petitioner is that he had introduced to the informant with Aftab. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
