The petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in an oral interview, scheduled on 08.06.2024, in terms of advertisement No. AP-SAHI-29/20-21, issued by the Bihar State University Service Commission for the post of Assistant Professor in Sahitya faculty.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interview has already been held on 08.06.2024 and merit list
Patna High Court CWJC No.9373 of 2024 dt.31-07-2024 2/2 has also been published. He, therefore, submits that the writ petition may be disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the merit list published by the Bihar State University Service Commission for the post of Assistant Professor in Sahitya faculty pursuant to advertisement No. AP-SAHI-29/2021.
4. The writ petition is disposed off with the liberty, as prayed for.
