JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Seen the report submitted by Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari wherefrom, it is evident that save and except Keshav Chandra Mahtha, all other witness have already been examined.
The Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to procure attendance of aforesaid witnesses even by way of obtaining warrant of arrest non-bailable, if the circumstances so necessitate, the learned lower court is directed to conclude the trial within three months positively and will submit report on that very score.
With the aforesaid direction instant petition is disposed of.
