Mr.Lalan Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 By order dated 12.7.2019 anticipatory bail petition as against petitioner No.2 was permitted to be withdrawn on the submission that he was arrested.

Petitioner No.1 seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR allegation against the petitioner is that he called the deceased and thereafter he was assaulted by other accused persons.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after investigation the case was not found true against

Heard learned APP also, who has not controverted the above fact.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
