The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420,414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 and 5 of Explosive Substances Act.
Three persons namely Anupam Kumar, Ram Janam Pal and Rakesh Kumar were apprehended when on their disclosure recovery of huge quantity of explosives were made. The apprehended accused suggested the names of other accused including the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36596 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 821 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
