JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lauriya P.S.Case No. 331 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Section 304 (B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death and he happens to be " Dewar" of deceased. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no any specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.05.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49422 of 2018 (3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S.Case No. 331 of 2017, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
