2. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2017 in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the parties are neighbours and there is long standing enmity between them.

4. Learned APP refers to para-14 of the case diary containing injury report, according to which there is bullet injury on the chest.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands
