12 litres of countrymade wine was seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.06.2016. Furthermore, from para 3 of the bail petition, it is apparent that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. That being so, petitioner Sanjay Hembram, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with CI-175 of 2016.
