2. Regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 13351 of 2023 and vide order dated 05.01.2024 in Cr. Misc No. 81654 of 2023 but the fresh ground for filing of the regular bail application is that the co-accused Hakim Alam has been granted bail by this Court and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing that that of him. He has further submitted that the petitioner is under custody since 26.11.2022. 3.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43332 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Class, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1013 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.

(ii) In case of his failure in appearance on two consecutive dates without any valid reason, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
