The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No.172 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner and he cannot be abducted a boy.

I have considered the submission.

Taking into consideration that it is a case where unidentified person has killed the deceased and investigation is required to be conducted and doubt has been raised during investigation about the petitioner's involvement, I am not
