In the present writ petition, the petitioner is claiming his appointment on the post of District Horticulture Officer. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1116 of 2006 for the same cause of action which was pending at the time of filing of the present writ application but, the same has now been dismissed on merit.
