02. 13.07.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30A of the Prohibition of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 110 pouches of country-made liquor each containing 220 ml and six bottles of 750 ml and 4 bottles of 375 ml of foreign liquor were recovered from the auto rickshaw which was being boarded by four persons including the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.06.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31740 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 194 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
