2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 143 of 2024 dated 01.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant's son went to his poultry farm, in the meantime the petitioners and the coaccused persons were assaulting him. Thereafter, the informant came there to give food to his son then all the co-accused persons tried to catch her for committing murder, but on halla all the accused persons fled away. The informant's son died in course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners are ladies. There is no specific allegation of assaulting the informant's son against the petitioners. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 01.04.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 143 of 2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
